This is my 4th purchase of this item and still can't find a better alternative. The best night wrist brace.

I think these are the 5th or 6th set of carpal tunnel braces I've ordered in the past year - 2nd set of night braces, although I've worn some of my daytime braces at night for extra support. These are definitely the most comfortable set I've found. These appear to be & feel very well made...quite a bit better quality than most of the others I've tried. I really like how there are 2 large velcro closures on top & then 1 wrap-around velcro band that gives great support/compression at the wrist. The wrap around band also attaches well to the brace. I really dislike it when the straps don't fully attach & then get caught on clothing etc. These definitely won't do that. My only note is that they are larger than I expected. I am a very average sized woman with average hands & wrists (maybe slightly small wrists). These braces could fit a much larger hand than mine...I would guess up to a med to med/large male hand. This hasn't really bothered me since they are for sleeping but there is a lot of room in the finger area. It hasn't bothered me because there is a well-sized bean-bag that your hand naturally bends around...as a result the space left above the back of the hand hasn't reduced the effectiveness for me. If you are looking for a tight brace from wrist to hand & you are a small to average female these may not be for you.

Well worth it! I read the reviews and heard it was a bit bulky at night so was prepared for that, as I found sleeping with it on has greatly reduced my pain! Truly this is well worth the pain relief of carpal tunnel syndrome or repetitive strain. (The pain you get from holding a mobile phone in your left hand). It works a treat. Easily goes on and off (could work on either left or right also) - just get all 4 fingers in the middle hole so that your pinky isn't sticking out the opposite side of the thumb) - really well made, great wrist bandage/wrist and hand brace product for carpal tunnel.

I absolutely love this clunky, chunky brace. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel a few months ago. It has gotten progressively worse. The brace issued by the doctor's office helped a bit, but I began to awaken regularly in the middle of the night with tingling, burning fingers. I tried an Ace version, which gave the same results. Researching the web, I learned about this product. It looked big and awkward and I worried that I would not like it. The first night, it felt so HUGE, like a big weight on my hand. But it also felt comforting. It is warm, so you need to get used to that. But guess what --------------- since I bought this, I SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT! The design of this brace curls my fingers forward, which seems to alleviate pressure on my carpal tunnel. The only negative I see is my fingers are a bit stiff in the forward position when I first get up, but it wears off. I just ordered a 2nd brace for when I need to wash the first, since I read it takes some time to dry as it is so thick. I might even wear it occasionally during the day when my hand acts up, although it's made for sleeping because it's heavy and awkward and you can't do much with your hand when it's on. Heartily recommend to my fellow carpal tunnel sufferers.
