Toxic I used in in yogurt and felt ill nearly 1-2 hours later and weak due to toxins! I WANT A REFUND

Really good stuff and great as a hot drink full of anti-oxidants when you first wake up. By itself it’s butter however, so is best mixed with a bit of honey for a low-cal healthy morning wake-me-up.

I purchased this cacao powder after hearing it could help with two things: satiating appetite and potentially lowering arterial plaque scores. I received a surprisingly high plaque score, and this is the only natural option I’ve heard of that might help address it.Appetite Control:While I’m still monitoring whether it’s helping with my plaque score, I can say I really believe it’s satiating my appetite. When I have it first thing in the morning, I feel notably less hungry throughout the day.Taste and Mixing:It has a fabulous chocolate flavor - even though I’m not particularly a chocolate person, I find the taste really good. It’s unsweetened, giving you control over sweetness levels. In Greek yogurt (my usual method), it doesn’t stir in perfectly and takes a bit of mixing. However, my wife puts it in her coffee and reports it’s delicious - it stirs and mixes with warm liquids very well.
