The quality is really good for budget scissors. Easy to use and adjust, the size may take a little to get used to if you're new to higher quality shears. Nice and sharp, cute blue color. They've held up for multiple haircuts now, so I'd say they're quite durable. Good purchase for a good price

Just received and took it out of the nice carrier. I am thoroughly impressed with this item. I was just looking for decent priced hair cutting scissors, and couldn't pass up the deal of this offer with thinning shears included. Don't need the other items, but I got the scissors at the best price, so good for me. Even if the scissors don't last a long time, as I don't cut my hair that much, it'll be a bargain.

Bought this to cut my 3 year old's hair and it did not disappoint. These are definitely not as sharp as proper barber scissors but do the job and I am pleased with it. The "cape" is poor quality and works for it's purpose but that is about it. Definitely only for at home jobs but dose great for that!

Good pair of hair scissors sharp cuts well nice quality

This is a pair of very low quality scissors, rough finished. The thinning scissor got jammed several times, needs to adjust it in order to continue. But, they do cut hairs well. I'd keep them for only $6.99, because I can't keep returning these low quality PRC products.
