Cuisinart CFP-26SVPCFR Elemental 13-Cup Food Processor with Spiralizer (Renewed)

I love my new cuisinart food processor. Not sure why anyone would give it less than 5 stars. Safety features are great, size is more than one could ask for when using in home. Things seem a bit tighter to put together but that’s because it is brand new. Just seems more efficient than my older, heavier Cuisinart processor. I have chopped meat, made pie dough and spiralized vegetables and have only had it for a week. Easy to clean plus it’s great looking if you choose to leave it on display on your kitchen counter. It’s quick and precise for whatever you are trying to accomplish. Love the “pulse” button to finish up the last little bit of whatever it is you are using it for. It’s a work horse to make life easier for me. Love it ❤️

I love all the additional attachments! It was perfect for making bread dough and pasta!

I have a small electric spiralizer from BB&B that works super. BUT it won’t spiralize daikon radish - they’re too firm. My previous food processor is 30 years old. It became hard to push together so I looked for another with a spiralizer. So, I bought this one. It’s strong. First, the spiralizer: A whole 6” zucchini won’t fit in the chute. You have to cut it in half. So you’re not getting spaghetti-length pieces. And zucchini is a hot mess in this unit - u get more shredded than spiralized zucchini; it jams up around the top of the blade. Below the blade, food deposits right where it’s dropped and you have to pick the unit up and shake the food to the other side. Or, empty the bowl after every half zucchini. It worked cleaner with radish. It shreds well but you still have the issue of food gathering under the chute. And a word about the power buttons. I’m 63, with very intense arthritis in my hands. Pushing the power buttons takes an enormous amount of pressure. I know this one isn’t made like the 30 yo unit. But surely they encountered these same issues testing it. Still, I gave it an overall 4. It’s powerful and has many parts.

I was eyeing this machine for a while, and when I saw that it was available renewed, I jumped on it I prefer to lessen my carbon footprint by using preowned and it saves money! It arrived promptly with all accessories advertised. Works great out of the box. Looks absolutely new. Someone mentioned a dead motor, but they were not turning to handle properly. It’s counter intuitive , but the handle needs to be turned towards you for the machine to work. So far so good, I chopped some carrots easily. I look forward to trying the spiral spiralizer feature.

Wife loves the food processor. It's her favorite kitchen item for now. Next year it will be something else as always. But for today it's food processor.

so I thought I wanted the Breville but this one works simpler and the best...I just love it.It is easy to clean and does exACTLY WHAT I NEED DOING WITH THE MAGIC ADJUSTABLE BLADE...WHAT ELSE DO I REALLY NEED.Consumers are easily moved by the infomercials and this one is basic, simple,cleans easily cuts perfectly, and is here....thankyou!

This thing has more options and capabilities than we will ever use. She loves it. Blades are extremely sharp. I still have bandaids to prove it.

Buyer Beware! While the product itself is great, beware of what you are buying from Lifestyle by Focus. The listing shows that "For dicing, it features a special stainless-steel disc with a 10mm grid, plus a cleaning tool and storage case." As shipped, the product did NOT contain any dicing kit. The package had no room for it and the owner's manual made no mention of it. I had my suspicions that something was not right, and I contacted Amazon and Lifestyle by Focus customer service by email to explain my issue. While the Amazon rep confirmed that the product should come with the dicing kit, the Lifestyle rep just issue a canned response for returning the original package for a refund or exchange. It was not until I actually spoke with someone from Lifestyle by Focus that they admitted that the Amazon listing IS WRONG! The model comes ONLY with a spiralizer and NOT a dicing kit. A similar and slightly more expensive model can come with the dicing kit but NOT the spiralizer. Therefore, I am highly dissatisfied because: 1. The original listing is misleading and inaccurate. It does NOT come with a dicing kit as advertised 2. The Amazon rep incorrectly confirmed that the model should come with both the spiralizer and dicer and that I can exchange what I received with a model that has both accessories. However, back-and-forth emails with Lifestyle by Focus did not confirm this. All they focused on was how I can return the model for a refund without assuming me that I would receive a model as advertised. 3. Ultimately, the customer service rep from Lifestyle by Focus is is issuing me a $12 refund because the model with the dicing kit costs $12 more. However a search for the dicing kit elsewhere shows the cost to be more than $50. Buyer beware!
