This is the best blisters protection out there. My girls have tried other similar items to this and found others to move and cause more discomfort. Once they tried these 2nd Skin Dressing squares on, it was a game changer. They felt immediate relief and were even able to play there full match. I highly recommend purchasing this item for any blisters. Now, my girls share it with their friends who were also breaking in some cleats.
