Warranty and after sale are very bad !

Have been using gen 2 for 2 years now. Still gives a 45-60 mins backup for my router. This has been a lifesaver especially during monsoons and regular power cuts.

Very bad product plus it came without its cables not as shown on the website.

Hi After using 10 days on product Can suggest as of now it's works for 4hours back without electricity and support my airtel fiber broadband 1.5 . So it's also provides a additional 60 days warranty extension inside box Opted for it but not received a conform notification on it .. That's really a delay on progress stuff ..

Product was good but not compatable for my device, hence I returned this product. My Device Airtel WIFI Poe device, not working for this module. But Resonate team explained very clearly.
