Brilliant Design
Each page captured a memory. Kids and I kept saying,"Hey, we did that!" Or "Remember when..." The book is full of hope and a reminder of special times. Every page fold is gold by one of the 18 illustrators. It's a great introduction to unfamiliar artists as well as a reminder of what we love about the familiar. Readers can search for whose page is whose with a subtle illustrated key (brilliant design). And we have to love that 100% of net will go to World Central Kitchen. How generous! It's a feel good book. It's a book of nostalgia. It's a hopeful book for the future.

Bringing hope for the future.
Just read this to my class (virtually) today. We had a great discussion about what our rainbows are for the future after this storm is over. We are now creating our own digital book for the class.

Printed crooked
The way the book was printed crooked so the bottom portion was cut off at an angle. It doesn’t cut off the print, so some of the illustrations and the title. Still kind of sad...
