The powder has a fine texture and blends smoothly into smoothies, oatmeal, and warm drinks without clumping. The flavor is deep and chocolate-forward without being overly bitter, making it versatile for different uses. A small amount goes a long way, and it works well in both beverages and recipes. It stores easily and remains fresh between uses. Pros: smooth texture, rich flavor, versatile applications Cons: strong cocoa flavor may not suit all preferences

It makes a nice hit chocolate with honey. It's not so strong and bitter as the cacao nibs

Mixes well in my morning coffee but dont over do it or it will settle at the bottom of the cup. The taste is good but not milk chocolate as my mother found out. I use it to support nutritional needs not for my chocolate fix

I love this stuff. I use it for smoothies, oatmeal, and tried making chocolate with it and coconut oil (was iffy). I use about one a month.

Has a unique flavor, probably from the fermentation? I like the idea of the health aspects that might come with that though. I usually mix it with another cacao powder to tone down the fermented flavor. I just like to use cacao and make my own smoothies / oats / chia seed pudding / etc without all the sugar and additives.
