Dr. Scholl's Dr. Scholl’s Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotics for Men's Trim to Fit: 8-13

I tried these as an alternative to the stock insoles on Converse. Can say I am mildy impressed with these and the comfort they provide for all day wear. It really seems like a downgrade when starting, but feels much better once when you get a bit more acclimatized. If you do have foot problems, its not going to be a significant gamechanger, more of a gradual improvement that you notice. The converse insoles while thick are completely flat - no arch support means your feet are constantly working without rest. This is much thinner (hence the downgrade feeling), but more naturally molded to the foot arch. Getting it to size is easy, just keep the 2 insoles together and started cutting with a scissor.

Really worth buying, relief is fantastic. This product gets in all the right spots to relieve pain

Certainly comfortable. The size though is a bit big and you need to know that if you have a perfectly fitting shoe, an insole elevates your feet giving a lot lesser shoe space. You should pick at least half a size bigger shoes for the insoles to fit in comfortably and your feet wont be strained too much.

Chegou no prazo, estou gostando, mas como faz pouco tempo, ainda não posso dar minha opinião em relação ao resultado, espero que diminua as dores, tenho facite plantar e mesmo com fisioterapia duas vezes por semana as dores continuam, tentando de tudo pra melhorar!

Relief! Dr. School’s plantar fasciitis massage ball is wonderful, after the first minutes use it made my aching feet feel so relaxed. It may not be one and done solution. It is however so easy to use that doing it nightly or when ever you have an opportunity is a fast way to bring that relief that anyone suffering from tired achy feet is searching for. Dr. Scroll’s plantar fasciitis massage ball although, is a little tight to get unscrewed when adding the water, a nickel and a good strong grip is definitely needed. After you fill it up and start using it you start to have almost immediate relief. I did find that you need to sit in just the right height chair. And after a few times having to chase down my ball( we apparently have uneven hard wood floors), I placed it in a cardboard box and that way it didn’t go very far the next time I lost control. I also keep it tucked away while not in use because our pup thinks it looks just like something for him to play with. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. School’s Plantar Fasciitis Massage Ball. Use it and Enjoy! I do!
