This is exactly what I needed! Works as described andI would buy again if needed. It is very easy to use. I have a 30 gallon tank and I use this about every other week or as needed. It keeps my tank clean and makes water changes a lot easier.

This siphon vacuum has made cleaning my fish tank much faster. The 5ft hose gives plenty of reach without making a mess. It does a great job pulling debris out of the gravel while leaving the gravel itself behind. Suction is strong and consistent once it gets going. Definitely takes the hassle out of routine tank maintenance.

This siphon is perfect for a 5 gallon fish tank. It is very effective in clearing away waste and gunk from the tank and gravel. It is very safe and easy to control, keeping fish away and out of the path of the siphon. It was extremely easy to assemble - screw on the siphon part, attach the hand pump and it was ready to use. This is a good quality siphon that never has issues with leaking or coming apart. I also really like the size which enables me to clean the tank quickly and effectively without being so large it’s hard to handle in the corners or around decor.

Make sure hand pump is installed on hose the right direction.
