Is this product easy to use?

1) Open package 2) Insert one pad in heel area of right shoe 3) Insert one pad in heel area of left shoe 4) Insert your feet into shoes 5) Walk

Should i buy the men’s or women’s? which one is better? is the men’s too wide? is it more supportive? i’m a woman and i’m size 8.

My reco is to buy the Mens. I wear Women's size 7.5. Had seen couple reviews from women recommending the Mens and I agree. Both are thin and flexible; however, the Mens are a bit thicker and work much better. For me, the Women's were too thin and did not offer much pain relief.

Can these help with heel bone bruise?

For the cost I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try. It has made a world of difference in the pain in my heel from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.

can this item use on heels

I’m not sure....they have a thicker sole so they may not be comfortable in heels or stick out a little, depending on the shoe. They work great in gym shoes and really relieved the pain in the soles of my feet.
