Is this product safe since it causes hair growth? Are there any cancer concerns or hormonal issues with this?

I brought this product to my hairstylist because I love it so much. There was no issue at all. It adds volume but that is it.

Just got shampoo, directions say : apply, lather, rinse, repeat, leave 2-3 minutes, apply anti-hair loss treatment, rinse, is that another product?

Is there a conditioner that is recommended with use of this shampoo? Or just use one's normal conditioner?

My dermatologist recommended my regular products but substitute ducray for second washing and leaving it in for a few minutes. I do this and rinse off after i finish shower.
