Good product
I use these capsules to prepare my skin before prolonged sun exposure (holidays). The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. They give me a nice glow and my skin perfectly hydrated. I will buy again for sure. Five stars

¡Wow! Playa y bronceado sin dolor
Lo compré para ir a la playa, porque aunque uso un buen protector solar (Avene Intense) y lo reaplico, en muchas ocasiones eso no me salva del ardor en la piel y para el tercer día de playa sufro. Estas cápsulas cambiaron el juego totalmente, las empecé a tomar 1 semana antes y durante los 7 días de viaje. Logré un bronceado divino y mucho menos daño solar, no me ardió la piel y al volver no se descamó ni deshidrató como otras veces.

Excellent quality, a returning favorite!
An excellent product from Cantabria Labs. I have used these capsules in the past and decided to go back to them because they make a noticeable difference. They are great for combating UV damage and preventing photoageing from the inside out. Over time, it really helps with the skin's texture and radiance. Fast delivery by Amazon as well. 5 stars!

Magic for PMLE
This is the first review I've ever written. I have suffered with PMLE for 18 years. Every spring I would feel that familiar itch on my upper chest, neck and arms. I've been unable to enjoy summer for fear of an itchy unsightly flare up. After booking my first hot holiday, I began to worry that this condition would ruin it. After some research, I saw recommendations for heliocare capsules. Worth a try! You take them daily and the protection builds up. I had a lovely Holiday, got a lovely tan and no itching or blisters. These capsules are honestly magic. I will be ordering them every spring.
