The BEST Tasting Organic Cacao Nibs, 2 lb Bag

These really are my favorite nibs. I roast them a bit, then top a bowl of fruit with them. There are few hulls and almost no bits that taste moldy, as with other brands. Near the bottom of the bag, the bit that settles always seems to be the least appetizing, so that couple of teaspoons goes into smoothies. But the rest are decent pieces with a rich, roasty flavor that hits my chocolate spot. My go-to brand. I buy a large bag and store what I don't toast up in the freezer so they last a long time.

I am eating 3 TBS of cacao nibs per day for the health benefits. I either add them to my morning overnight oats or I smash a banana and add them to that. They are loaded with antioxidants, particularly flavanols and polyphenols. I need all the help I can get and have become more strategic about what I eat each day.

great for the purpose. I enjoyed the nibs in my breakfast coffee. Used a stick blender to mix the condiments and chop these. So good

These are larger nibs, and they have a really good flavor, but they also have significant dirt/grit material in them that is inedible and some pieces are large enough they could damage a tooth.
