When I purchased this I didn't know it was such a small can. I was about to send it back when I read that these small cans will cover a really large area. So, I figured why not. Well, yup, I stained 2 medium sized cabinets and barely used any of the product. Looks great, goes on easy, dries quick, low smell, and looks beautiful. Matches my custom Amish cabinets even though the wood type is different. Colorwise, I love the way the gray blends with the woodtone and grain. Great stuff and I apologize for doubting it's capability.

I foolishly bought 4 thinking I’d need them all for my project. I don’t regret that because this is a quality stain, but I only used 2 cans, barely. The second can still has a quarter of stain in it. It really is one coat! The color is great, too. An antique looking gray.
