Good change of noodles
Tasted fine, but i wish there had been cooking instructions. I thought you just poured boiling water ontop, cover and let sit. I found these needed more boiling time.

Good wide noodles, but confusing instructions
Best wide rice noodles that I was able to find. Rather than following instructions, we let them soak in warm water for about 30-60 minutes.

Restaurant quality noodles at a home price
I Purchased these for trying my hand at making chicken Pad See Ew See at home. It came highly recommended on various recipe sites and I thought I would give it a try. Extra wide rice noodles are extremely hard to find but this product fit the bill. There are no cooking instructions on the package, but There are various websites that describe how to cook these. One method is to rehydrate them in boiling water for 10 minutes three times. I just ended up, boiling them on a low to medium simmer until they were al dente. You want to cook these al dente if you’re using them in a stirfry recipe as they will finish cooking in Wok. I wish they came in a bit wider noodle. My local restaurant, uses 1 inch wide noodles, and those are very very hard to find, but these fit the bill quite nicely I would definitely recommend, and I will be purchasing these again
