I purchased this alarm for my sliding door. It works so well - very loud! My grandchildren are between the ages of 2yrs - 7yrs. We have an inground pool in our backyard. This uses AAA batteries. they are easier to change when mounted than watch batteries which is why I bought them. You can have one remote control several or have up to eight remotes control one. Choice between doorbell noise or loud alarm (or off or panic mode). Alarm is loud and runs for 30 seconds even if you shut the door again, pauses for 15 seconds and will reset if the door is shut or sound again if it is not. Can be shut off with the remote. If a remote is not pared with that particular alarm, it will not work, so you can't just buy a remote and shut off someone's alarms Remote Control Code Pairing The main unit and the remote control have been coded-pairing at the factory, so the remote control can be used without any setting by yourself. How to enter the code pairing state: Press the [UNLOCK] disarm key of the remote control to enter the disarm mode, press and hold the [BELL] code pairing key for 10s (ignore the bell/- chime sound from the main unit), and release it when you hear a “Bi” sound from the main unit. Then the main unit has entered the code pairing state. Pairing the second remote or more remotes: After the main unit has entered the code pairing state, immediately press the arm or disarm key of the un-coded remote control [UNLOCK/LOCK], the main unit will emit two “Bi Bi” sounds to indicate successful pairing. Ich habe diese kleine Alarmanlage von innen an der Tür meines Kellerraums installiert, da dort unsere E-Bikes drinnen stehen. In einem Mehrfamilienhaus möchte man einfach etwas zusätzliche Sicherheit haben, besonders weil es leider immer wieder zu Kellereinbrüchen kommt. 🔧 Montage & Installation: Die Installation ist kinderleicht. Alarmanlage und Magnet werden mit den beiliegenden Klebepads an Tür und Rahmen befestigt. Danach einfach zwei AAA-Batterien 🔋 einsetzen, schon ist das Gerät einsatzbereit. ⚠️ Wichtig: Die Pfeile auf Alarmanlage und Magnet müssen zueinander ausgerichtet sein und sich gegenüberstehen. Der Abstand sollte idealerweise wenige Millimeter, maximal 1 cm betragen, damit der Sensor funktioniert. 🎯 Bedienung: Die Aktivierung und Deaktivierung der Anlage, erfolgt über die selbsterklärende Fernbedienung. Der Alarm lässt sich so bequem ein- und ausschalten, was im Alltag besonders praktisch ist, zum Beispiel bei häufigen Kellergängen. Allerdings ertönen bei jedem Aktivieren oder Deaktivieren der Anlage laute Signaltöne an der Fernbedienung, während gleichzeitig eine Signalleuchte an der Fernbedienung aufleuchtet. Persönlich hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass nur die Signalleuchte funktioniert, ohne dass zusätzlich ein Alarmton ausgelöst wird. 📢 Lautstärke: Der Alarm der Anlage ist wirklich extrem laut. Wenn er ausgelöst wird, hört man ihn meiner Meinung nach im ganzen Haus. Genau das wollte ich erreichen, so wird sofort Aufmerksamkeit erzeugt und ein möglicher Diebstahlversuch wird wahrscheinlich schnell abgebrochen. ✅ Fazit: Für meinen Zweck, den Kellerraum und unsere E-Bikes zusätzlich zu sichern, erfüllt das Gerät seine Aufgabe sehr gut. Einfache Montage, sehr lauter Alarm und unkomplizierte Bedienung. Preis-Leistung passt aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls. Ich würde die Alarmanlage wieder kaufen. Von mir eine Absolute Kaufempfehlung 👍
