A must-have book.
This is probably one of the best books on the subject matter that I have come across. Great recipes, background stories and photography. An all around well put together product. Highly recommend.

This was really an excellent book. Growing up as a 3rd generation Slavic, it was fun to see how the food I am used to has changed with the environment we are in while still retaining the essence of the original recipes. Well done.
