Can anyone tell me if CariFree is cruelty free?

When developing our CTx4 Gel 1100 years ago, the FDA required we do one rat study for that product; we have no other animal testing (one-time or ongoing). There are also no animal-based ingredients in any of our products.

Does the mouthwash work for reducing cavities if you don’t also use the corresponding gel toothpaste?

The CTx3 Rinse can be used with one of our gels or on its own. However, to see the best results, we suggest using it with either the CTx4 Gel of the CTx3 Gel. Both CariFree gels and the CTx3 Rinse have an elevated pH, and the addition of the Nano HA and fluoride in the gels work well together.
