a fantastic addition to my kitchen sink. It looks sleek and matches perfectly with my other fixtures. The pump action is smooth and doesn’t stick, making it super easy to use every time. The build quality is excellent—it feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like some others I’ve tried. Refilling it is a breeze, and it holds a generous amount of soap, so I don’t have to refill it constantly.

Our old soap dispenser recently self destructed and dumped 12 ounces of detergent into the cabinet under our sink. The bottle just cracked without having been touched in years. The original dispenser used metal parts that connected to the sink and they were rusted together. After much twisting and turning I was able to expose enough of the old metal hardware to cut it off with an electric sabre saw. I bought this product because it draws soap directly from the detergent bottle that comes home from the store and it was the only such device with a chrome finish. I wanted this thing to match my other hardware. The device is very easy to install. Only tricky part is attaching the rubber hose to the bottom of the pump. The trick is the the pump mechanism separates, making the it easy to attach the hose, but the directions don't tell you. The rubber hose was plenty long and it functions perfectly. I didn't shorten it or make any modifications to any part of the device. Thank goodness that all of the parts that attach to the sink are plastic which means no corrosion or need for hack saws to remove it in the future. You simply reach under the sink and turn the nut by hand. Rubber gaskets secure it in place both above and below the assembly. I recommend this product without reservation.

We learned through installation that, if you use the supplied bottle, you must reach under the sink to unscrew the bottle every time it needs to be refilled. If you use the longer tube for the big bottle of soap you bought at the store, the locknut and its washer must be placed over the tube before that tube is routed up through the hole in the sink. The parts that attach to the pump must be installed before you connect the tube to the pump. The instructions are ALMOST worthless. But it does the job and sucked up soap from the big bottle on the floor of the cabinet under the sink.

I had a traditional soap dispenser that required me to pour refill soap into the countertop hole without knowing how much was being filled. That was annoying, but even more so when I knew there was soap but I had to pump 50 times just to get the soap to come out. Basically, the suction died. So I searched for a new dispenser and came across this one. I liked the fact that I had the option to use a traditional bottle or directly feed the line into the soap refill container. I opted for the latter and installed the dispenser in about 15 minutes even though the instructions weren't the greatest. I cut the line a bit because it was too long, but other than that it required no additional changes or alterations. It's been about a week or so since I installed it and it's been functioning perfectly. The suction is great, vacuum seal is good, looks great, and worth every penny. One pump and the soap is out!! I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful invention and a game changer for me as far as my soap dispenser with my kitchen faucet. I have had a very hard time getting to the area where my bottle dispenser resided, and for many months I have had suction issues with it but could not figure out why. Then I discovered soap all under my cabinet. The old dispenser bottle had broken off at the neck, which I couldn't see because it is behind my very deep sink. So after cleaning the mess and removing the bottle, I began to search for solutions. When I found this, I thought if it works it will be the perfect solution. Since it is very new, I am leaving the door open that at some point it may fail, but for now I am tickled with the new dispenser. The assembly was very easy (thank you to earlier reviewers for tips). The ONLY difficult part was getting the soap through the long tube to the dispenser. After what seemed like 1000 pumps, it was finally there. It has been 4 days since installation, and it is still holding suction very well. It dispenses a pretty large amount on the first pump each time (maybe a quarter-sized amount), and smaller amounts in succession if pumped rapidly. I am really sold on the mechanism of this thing and just hope the parts hold up well.

I have custom island and is Thick. A regular soap pump didn't fit and this one with extended threader, was PERFECT. Fit like a glove!! The color matched my gold sink, it has extra rubber rings to tighten well and looks rust free and plastic parts are very sturdy.
