I’ve tried several iron supplements over the years, and MegaFood Blood Builder is by far the easiest on my stomach. Most iron pills upset my stomach or give me constipation, but these are gentle and I haven’t had any digestive issues. I’ve been taking them daily, and I already feel more energetic and less run-down. I like that they’re made with real food ingredients and don’t feel like I’m taking a bunch of harsh chemicals. The tablets do have an off taste, so I take them with a flavored drink (juice or really anything with flavor would do), and they’re easy to swallow.
