Was able to participate in cardio classes without feeling too out of breath. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are good, bottle was sealed, they smelled fine, but are large...ish *by Z***K on 28 September 2024* These appear to be very similar to the store brand from the drug store I normally have gotten them at. These cost about half as much and have the exact same amounts of vitamins/minerals. I have taken them for over a week without any tummy problems. The bottle was sealed, they smelled fine (like a vitamin). My only caution, as with most of these types of Multi-Vitamins, they can be somewhat large and hard to swallow for some people.
