Comes with concrete anchors
This thing is Awesome! Super rigid, metal, strong, easy to set code, tags come in a bag inside , the box, have to remove each ring, slide out paper ,to write what vehicle, or room number, or w/e you are using it for , then hook back on ring , but over all it is a rear unit, only thing is it comes with metal concrete anchor to be mounted with .. So you'll need to purchase some good lag screws to secure to the studs .I am a real buyer. I live in Edgewood,Wa

The mounting screws don’t really work in this application.
I’ve never seen mounting screws like these. I’m not going to use them. I will have to figure out another way to wall mount. Mounting Instructions were not included other than: “mount the key cabinet to the wall.” What a joke.

Great, sturdy lock box… except it’s LOUD
Pros: batteries included, simple instructions, sturdy, easy to set combination and install batteries, good key tags. Cons: the bottom row of keys will lie on the case’s floor if you use it. The handle you need to turn to open the door is kind of weird. It’s about a 2.5” diameter ring with a bar across the middle, and it’s a little persnickety to turn and open. Lastly, the keypad is LOUD. Feels like 80db loud, and the tones are in a pretty high register. Add that to putting the box in a small room and it’s almost painful to open the thing! Overall it will serve for what I need, but if I can’t mute the keypad I may need to return it for a different one.

Mounting fasteners were for concrete, I had to Buy bolts to mount the safe!
Easy to set up, and easy to install once I bought the correct fasteners for the wall.

Came locked with no keys
Product arrived locked with no keys, batteries or hardware for mounting like my previous one. Also the the key hole is different than the photos and the previous safe. It's past 30 days so I'm screwed and have no way to contact the seller. No info for contacting the manufacturer. Very unhappy.

Key Pad Opener Quit
The automatic opening with the keypad quit working after two months. Now it is just an expensive key box
