I have used several of their products and they are all great. The price can't be beat especially for the quality of the product. I found it was very easy to digest and did not upset my stomach. I noticed a calmness while I was taking the lemon balm.

I was skeptical of this product initially due to the low review count, but I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I have used 3 different lemon balm products to date. The first was Lemon Balm Force and it worked moderately well, but was overpriced. The second was extremely affordable, but wasn't effective at all (not even worth mentioning its name). The third was this product and not only is it affordable, but it also is the strongest brand I have tried by far. The bottle says 3 capsules per serving, but I tried 2 capsules and it calmed me down and put me to sleep quickly. Next time I will probably only use 1 capsule. Most people use this product for sleep or anxiety, but I personally think it would be a little too sedating for anxiety. If you do use it for anxiety, then just keep your dose as low as possible and give it a test run on a day when you don't have work/school. Just so you know the effects and needed dose.
