Does the bezel rotate? Most only turn in one direction. Description says stationary, sometimes there wrong.

This is considered a Field watch. Field watches do not usually have rotating bezels. If you you need a rotating bezels, buy a diving watch. In my long life I have only one person I know that ever used a rotating bezel. He is a deep water welder. My guess is that you don't need a rotating bezels.

Field watches don’t have rotating bezels…again, there’s ZERO reason to have a bezel if it DOESN’T rotate! BTW, the mechanical pencil “analogy” is ridiculous.
