Launch (LaunchPort) BaseStation iPad Stand - Compatible with All Launch Cases - Black

It costs more than I expected to pay for this kind of product, but it is very functional and provided me the base I needed for the I-Pad that I use to run my home automation. Now I never need to worry to look for chargers or discover that the device is powered down on the moment that I need to use it. I recommend.

This thing feels heavy! That's a good thing though as it offers some clue as to how solidly the base station and matching covers are built. No they are not cheap but they work well charging as quickly as a cable would. Look great in an industrial sort of way and as I said are built to last.

We are on our second unit. The first one did not charge our ipad at all. This one works occasionally but eventually the ipad dies on it after a few days and we need to plug it in. We use the ipad as a conference room controller and my assumption is that the Zoom Conference room software that always runs on the ipad causes it to draw faster than the induction charging can charge it. In any case though, the only thing I can say for sure is that it definitely does not work for us in any kind of a functional manner. Very cool idea with poor execution.

Love the Launchport charging stations. Very expensive, but great quality and aesthetic.

This is the perfect device as the base for my house iPad.

Does not fit “All Launch Port Cases” complete light. All my business iPads have iport cases in them so they don’t break as easily and all can wirelessly charge. But unfortunately this listing is false advertising!! Also thanks to Amazon deeming it an important item I was unable to order through my business account instead my personal account. Customer service was not helpful at resolving the issue either, just over apologizing for their mistake rather than offering guidance or a solution. Definitely be careful ordering these products not from the manufacturer

Works poorly. The case is poorly built and doesn’t fit well. The actual base station runs hot and charges slow. Technology is not there yet.
