I like this for my skin. It’s made my finger nails less brittle- I do a lot of gardening and seldom wear gloves. I used it in my hair, and although it made my hair super shinny and smooth, it turned my white hair yellow so I had to use bluing shampoo to get the color out- and that shampoo is drying so it defeats the purpose.

First off, this smell is STRONG. The first time I used it, I was gagging- that's how strong it was. I use this along with my face wash (ursa major)- I wash my face first, and while the suds are on my face, I put some of this oil on my hands, and scrub my face. I use it both morning and night, and it literally has been the only thing that has helped with my adult break outs. I want to say they're hormonal- but even if I get one cropping up, I use this oil with a cotton ball and it's GONE. If I notice my skin is acting off, I use this as a toner before apply other products. Once you get passed the smell- it really has amazing properties for your skin- on my 3rd bottle.

I don’t want to give it one star because some people might like this smell. It is a putrid smell to me, but I also think Patchouli smells awful. Like something you would smell in a funeral home and it’s strong. I put one drop on my hand to test for allergy and then washed dishes to get rid of the smell. It has been hours and it’s still on my hand. My husband walked by and asked what cleaner I was using and not to use it anymore. However, the spot I put on top of my hand turned soft as silk so it does something. I’m going to try putting it into another oil like it suggests, but I wouldn’t use it if I go out in public. UPDATE: I used coconut oil as a carrier. One drop in 2 tablespoons. It smells fine now and does not linger. I don’t know how much benefit I will get out of one drop so I will leave it at 3 stars until I notice a difference.
