I am confused. seller said not to use in high foot traffic areas, but said ok to use on decks and concrete floors! which is it?? thx!

It will seep into cracks and holes to fill them, but the top coating will rub off when there is high foot traffic. So We don't recommend it high foot traffic areas as a coating, but if you were looking to seal cracks and holes it would work.

With my vinyl car top,Im trying to decide if I should spray it on or get it in the can and brush it on?

We recommend getting the Flex Seal Liquid and brushing it on. We do not recommend using Flex Seal in the aerosol can on vinyl.

I have a vinyl fence that a couple of boards have come off of. Can I use this to glue the vinyl boards back onto the vinyl crossbars?

Hi there, that's a great question. Many people have had success using the Flex Seal Liquid for similar projects, as it adheres well to vinyl. If you have any other questions, feel free to message us anytime. Flex On!

Can this be use on the second floor balcony as top layer to seal cracks and prevent water leak? Not high traffic, may walk on 5 times per year.

Many people have had success using Flex Seal Liquid for applications such as this. It can also be used on concrete, glass, brick, stucco, masonry, wood, copper, plastic, tile, fabrics, wires, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, aluminum, and natural stones, foam, asphalt, EIFS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, CSPE, Hypalon polyurethanes and much more. Please test on a small area before application. We do not recommend Flex Seal Liquid for any underfoot applications. As it can become slippery when wet.
