This tea tastes so good while it's caffeine free. I can run hot water through 2-3 times and make about 1 liter's worth of deep and soothing buckwheat tea. It's much economical than buying those tea bags with lesser-degree of rich buckwheat flavor. The tin can keeps the tea fresh. One recommendation for Amazon though - please sell refills in paper bags!

It's a bit expensive for the amount given, but it makes a very delicious roasted buckwheat tea. It is reminiscent of Korean mixed grain powder drinks, if you've had those; savory and nutty. It has a good, strong flavor. I'd recommend this tea for people looking for a pick-me-up without the caffeine!

I was surprised to discovered that buckwheat tea improves my flu and congestion. Turns out that buckwheat is a rich source of rutin (a flavonoid), is anti-inflammatory and has anti-histamine effects. Buckwheat has mild diuretic properties. That info is from Google AI. Guess I'll have this on hand for flu season. It is a very nice tea. Relaxing.

I really like the mild smooth taste of this tea. After buying this one, I tried tartarian buckwheat tea, but this one tastes better for me! The tin itself also looks very nice. I wish it wasn't that expensive though :) or had a refill option!
