seems product info is incorrect? if height = 23.5 inches & diameter = 19.5 inches, then product mathematically cannot possibly be 33 gallons.

There are 231 cubic inches in a gallon. To find the cubic inches in a cylinder it is pi x radius squared x height. So 3.14159 x 95 (95 is 9.75 x 9.75, that is the radius, squared) x 23.5 = about 7018 7018 cubic inches divided by 231 cubic inches per gallons is about 30 gallons.

Does anyone know of a trash bag that will fit this thing?

I do't know but I'm guessing those black trash bags would be big enough to fit in and put edges or sides. However, this are plastic, so I just use as it, and dump them. They can be rinsed out with a hose if necessary.

can this trashcan be washed in a dishwasher like thesan.can?

I don’t think so. I doubt it would really fit in there as the diameter of it is large and the dishwasher would not get into all of the crevices of it either. We just hose it out and let it sit in the sun to dry.
