Didn’t See Much Benefit and Caused Stomach Issues
At lower doses, I didn’t notice much benefit, and when I tried increasing the amount it caused stomach pain and diarrhea. It might work for others, but it didn’t suit me and needs to be taken very carefully

The product aas unsuitable for consumption, as the supplement powder appeared compromised, resulting in a bitter taste contrary to the product’s expected sweetness. This seems to be a recurring issue with ordering from Amazon, despite confirming the product’s non expiry.
