How does this compare to miss jessie's pillow soft curls? especially for caucasian hair with a 3a/botticelli curl pattern. thanks!

I have wavy hair with 2b curl pattern and the pillow soft curls work better for me then the jelly curls and quick curls by MJ for some reason those weigh my hair down i guess because the pillow soft curls is a light cream it doesn’t leave a tacky feel more of slip texture I always scrunch my hair when it’s freshly washed damp and diffuse it definitely gives me big soft defined curls no crunch or tacky feel at all .. now it does have a strong scent of fabric softener that might be overwhelming if your sensitive to fragrance and again this cream is very soft based so your hair may feel like its to fly away around the roots but a little hairspray can help with that only disclaimer is it is on the pricey side “ $22 “ but I feel like it’s worth the price because it literally gives you soft big curls I recommend if you have hair that’s in between fine and wavy this is the stuff for you !

I love this product. I have been using it for a while. I have natural curly/wavy hair. It really does enhance you curls without looking oily or crunchy like other products.

Whats does this smell like? Are there added fragrances?

It smells like fabric softener to me. I am sensitive to scents and am considering returning the product as it gives me a headache.

What is the difference between jelly and pillow soft curls?

I not used Pillow Soft so I don't know. I use about a quarter size of Jelly Soft and Frizzeas Cream. I have Very curly hair...it calms my hair down.
