When I think I sleep aids I’ve always thought of taking what ever product it may be and being overwhelmed with that feeling of exhaustion. I kind of expected the same here but was glad that wasn’t the case. So much so I could take a dose of this and if there were some sort of emergency where I needed to drive I could and I could do that safely. Added bonus. Zquil had been my go to for a while but the more I’ve taken it, the next morning and most of that day I’m left groggy and miserable. With Coffea it literally just quiets your mind, which is perfect for me. Racing thoughts would keep me up for hours, but that’s no longer the case. I take these almost nightly and wake up before my alarm clock even goes off! That’s never been a characteristic for me, I wake up well rested and in complete mental clarity. I take four instead of the recommended five about an hour before I’m ready to call it a night. I get comfortable and before I know it I’m sound asleep. I initially said these didn't work for me..but I decided to take 6 to 7 instead of the 5. That actually worked and I don't feel groggy in the morning like I do with D-HCI. If I'm overly anxious, they only work a few hours.

Wow, I am not sure where to start. These came recommended to me to use when I can't turn my brain off at night, thus resulting in another night of insomnia. 1) the plastic covering the lid was very hard to remove. 2) Once I managed to get the plastic off I couldn't figure out how to remove the lid. There are two arrows, going in opposite directions and the non-English words that read "Renversez Tournez", which means nothing to me. 3) I finally screwed off the cap and there was a small hole from which the tiny pills are supposed to go through. The problem is I couldn't get any of the pills through the tiny hole. So I pried it off and removed the pills. The directions say to dissolve 5 tablets under the tongue, which I tried to do, but it took them a LONG time to actually dissolve. They did absolutely NOTHING to help me sleep. I was awake for 2 1/2 hours after taking these pills. Once I got to sleep I awoke a few hours later. To say I am not impressed is a big understatement.

I’ve been taking prescription sleeping pills for a long time and wanted to try something more natural- I did some research and found this product, I was hopeful it would help, but unfortunately, it really didn’t. Although it did calm my mind, it didn’t put me into a deep sleep. I was awake most of the night. I feel this may help some people who aren’t used to a stronger medication. The following day I did feel a little off, not sure if it was the product or if I was just overtired.
