I have a Oral B AI tooth brush which comes with the app, since using the app I actually really enjoy brushing my teeth. I feel I’ve learnt now to brush my teeth properly and I’ve noticed an incredible difference in my teeth. I’ve tried flossing but I don’t like the feeling of using tape in between my teeth. I always feel like I’m doing it wrong. I find them little inter-dental brushes really fiddly and I end up just prodding at my gums. These brushes cut all the faff out, it makes it really quick and simple to clean between your teeth. My mouth and teeth feel so much cleaner. The brushes do not feel really hard or harsh to use, they’re soft but you can feel them working. Really comfortable, they do not cause any issues with sensitivity. If you have cavities or open nerves, ie. bad teeth, I can’t imagine poking this around your mouth would feel great. I don’t have any issues using these! A good way to finish brushing your teeth. Really decent for cleaning behind wisdom teeth. A really good alternative to flossing.
