I have naturally curly hair and live in south florida. it's extremely humid here. what impact if any will the alcohol have on my hair?

My daughter also lives in south Florida and it works very well does not dry out her hair her curls look really pretty even after a long day she does dampen her hair before use and adds eco styling gel to roots and tips
