The clubs move around but do not come out of the bags. Possibly because they could be considered a choking hazzard. **Q: is this golf car blank or does it have stickers on it?** A: Our golf cart is blank. **Q: Will this work as an Christmas Ornament?** A: It's been 3 years since I bought this item. But I do recall it and think that it might be too heavy for a normal christmas tree ornament. Both its size and the "Pull-back motor" made it fairly substantial in weight. I don't see the weight listed for the cart and I don't have it to weigh for you as it was given as part of a gift.
