This came today right when I was getting off work. I went straight to the "little room" and installed it within just a few minutes. It was simple, and no leaks! Then I turned it on and jumped in! Let me tell ya, that's the best shower I've had in about 5 years! I had to write this review right away! We live in the country and our water is just gross. We have always had a filter in the kitchen, and never thought about the shower. But when I was looking for filters that remove both chlorine and fluoride, I ran across this. I had to think on it a week or so. A shower filter that COMPLETELY removes fluoride is either hard to come by, or doesn't exist, (really expensive) but I figure to at least reduce it is better than nothing. I was concerned about it being plastic, and except for the hose, it IS. The connector to the spigot is either painted chrome, or has a chrome coating, but it's not solid metal for sure. I think as long as I'm careful with it, it should be fine. And the shower head/filter itself will have to be replaced in 6 mos anyway, right? So it only has to last 6 mos and it will be discarded. I was also concerned about the lemon, rose, lavender, and jasmine essential oil/vitamin C dispensers leaving me feeling greasy or leaving residue in my hair; but it feels cleaner than it has in years. So does my skin. My skin doesn't feel as dried out and I am anxious to see how much this helps my dry itchy skin and scalp! The water pressure was good, better than what I was getting before, especially considering we share the water line with another family member/house, and if someone flushed a toilet somewhere or turned on water somewhere, our pressure was drastically reduced. Sure enough, someone did use water while I was in the shower, and I could tell, but barely. The water pressure out of this didn't seem affected at all. I didn't want to get out of the shower. I truly felt pampered using this! (And that's saying a lot coming from me.) We shall see how it holds up, and I will update if I have any problems, but I don't foresee any! This is an AMAZING buy!

I paid for nothing why the balls are short now ? And it is not a year !!!! It was full of the ball and now !!!!!! What I have to do when the balls disappeared!!!!!

So, our water is terrible. Limey, calcium buildup and stinks! The film it leaves on everything is disgusting. Bought this shower head to help with hair loss and terrible water. OMGosh. The pressure increase is off the wall. I no longer have to turn the water on full blast to get a dribble out...and the water is sooooo much softer. It doesn't stink. My skin feels softer. The first two times I washed my hair (only 2 times) there was an immediate reduction in hair lost in the shower. I seriously wish I had bought this sooner. The lemon filter is the only one I have tried so far. My only complaint; use minimal tape when putting on the mounting bracket! I used too much and cracked the bracket trying to get it tight to be completely vertical. Otherwise, this shower head is a LIFE CHANGER. UPDATE: I have washed my hair several more times since installing this shower head and the hair loss is MINIMAL. Like being a kid again! =D I can't tell you how happy I am that this shower head actually does what it says. WOW. My skin and hair are incredibly soft and I feel so much better. I can't tell you how saddening it was to see so much hair fall out in the shower. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
