When it comes to 3D printing filament, not all are created equal! This brand I have been using for a few years now and it never disappoints! If you want a good quality filament, this brand is to be trusted! Highly Recommended! There is only 2 brands that I trust in buying again and again, this is one of them! ESun is the other brand!

Absolutely horrible plastic. Extremely brittle. Breaks ALL THE TIME in my AMS and/or in the extruder. After unloading you can visibly see all the tiny breakage inside the filament. Just did a multimaterial print with around 10 changes, every single material change broke somewhere in the feeder, AMS level, extruder etc. despite cutting after each unload the parts that was already fed in, where you can see the little breaks in. Spent more time fixing the printer than the print itself.

Outstanding Dimensional Control: Measuring multiple points randomly across the roll with digital calipers, the 1.75mm diameter stayed highly consistent. This precise uniformity completely prevents sudden flow fluctuations, yielding exceptionally smooth outer walls with zero under-extrusion gaps or messy z-banding. Excellent Bed Adhesion & Minimal Warping: This blend features fantastic thermal stability. It anchors down securely to the build plate with massive initial grab force, ensuring that wide-footprint models stay perfectly flat with absolutely zero corner lifting, peeling, or shrinking. Makerspace Setup & Slicer Tuning Tips: My Settings: I achieved pristine, glass-smooth results running a 210°C nozzle temperature, a 55°C bed temperature on a textured PEI sheet, and keeping the part cooling fans locked to 100% in the slicer to ensure sharp overhangs and crisp structural bridging look pristine.Easy Post-Processing: Because this formula pulls away from the nozzle cleanly, it minimizes standard PLA stringing or oozing. Any light wisps are easily cleared with a quick pass of a heat gun, leaving a beautiful uniform surface sheen. The big takeaway: SUNLU has delivered a premier, no-nonsense material that provides an incredibly dependable printing experience for a very affordable price point. It flows reliably, handles complex geometric patterns cleanly, and eliminates the common headache of spool tangles entirely. It is a fantastic value purchase that has earned a permanent place in my workshop's daily material rotation.

This filament is quite clear. I was surprised by the clarity of it when I did a gumball machine print. I would love purchase it again.

Product is not as clear as I would have liked. It works well.

The Sunlu transparent PLA behaves just like any other regular pla, any 3D printer can print this. What makes this batch outstanding is how transparent it is. At 1 layer I can look through like crystal clear glass if it weren't for the print lines throughout. At a couple of layers thick and it looks foggy like those retro glass showers. I hope the pics can explain better.

Sunlu never disappoints, this clear pla is great, works great in my Anycubic Kobra X
