Very good quality and easy installation
Very good quality RO filter Decent manual and instructions for installation So far so good Only had leakage from the needle valve however fixed the issue with using more teflon tape inside and wrapping outside with water leakage pipe repair tape. Now working perfectly

Es un sistema super padre, fácil de instalar aún cuando tuve que perforar granito, pero eso es otra cosa, las instrucciones son sencillas, considerar colocar muy bien el teflón en las terminaciones de metal y contar con la herramienta necesaria, el tiempo de llenado fue poco más de una hora ya que cuento con bomba de presión para todo el sistema hidráulico. Consideren tener buena presión o instalar una bomba con el sistema. No tiene sabor y no tiene acidez.

Installation was easy until I realized I needed a special adapter for my dedicated drinking line. I got help at Home Depot and it worked perfectly. The water tastes clean, smooth, and refreshing.

Excellent small home water softner. My water quality has improved dramatically. I use about 1/3 the amount of soap for laundry and showering. Everything suds up super quicl and the water quality and sofness is perfect. You can adjust the level of softness on the control panel. I get about 415 gal between rechage cycles. The recharge take about 45 minutes and then water comes back on. Instructions are good, but could be more explanatory. Their customer service number is exceptional for install or use questions. I also have their ro unit and it has worked flawlessly for over 5 years. This is an excellent softner for a small home, so check your use and buy the right size capacity softner for your home.

First time installer. Instructions made for a very easy install. Water tastes very clean. Took about a week to get used to taste of alkaline/remineralized water. I bought glass bottles to refrigerate water so now I have the best tasting water around
