Poor cushion quality. Product cannot hold the face intact and is very uncomfortable for the face-down position.

Not Quite Deep Enough
I using this to lay on the sun lounger but your nose still hits the base of the lounger. OK maybe my issue for mis using it but the quality is fine and it is comfortable over prolonged periods of use. Easy to clean.

Good comfort
My clients are pleased so far with this head rest. I do find I have to advice them to move up as it seems the forehead goes in a bit of a groove. Once in that position they seem to feel the most comfortable. I find head rest durability to be the biggest problem, as the cushion on this one feels dense for now, i am not fully confident it will last much longer than other head rests. But In sayinv that I would buy it again unless someone tells me of the magic headrest that lasts
