Hiw do you adjust the size?

You just pull it until it's the size you desire, but after 2 showers one of the knots came loose and it fell off.

What material are these?

I'm not sure, but they are silky and therefore don't stay tied

Will these bracelets fit an infant's wrist?

No to large. Plus they don't stay tight which would be risky on an infant or young child.
