I purchased 2 of these a few months back now to store all of our important household documents. I was in need of a legal size and wanted it to be able to zip. They have worked out perfectly! Isn't sticky/smelly/bulky like other fireproof document holders I have bought before. Light and easy to carry around legal size documents. Zippers are smooth. Sleeves inside are 20mil thick plastic and look reliable.
