I started using this after I had breast cancer. I was taking medication that dried out my hair and made it brittle. It was falling out. This hair mask brought my hair back to life! It is not much thicker than regular conditioner, it does not leave your hair feeling heavy and it smells great.

I have thick, dry, curly hair. I have been using this product for years. I put it on and rinse it off right away as a daily conditioner. I leave it on for a while (3-5 minutes) before rinsing if my hair needs a hydrating boost (about once a month). It works perfectly for me (nice shiny hair, no greasy feeling), as long as I don't put any directly on the roots or the scalp. It is a bit expensive but it does not take much to do the trick and the jar lasts me quite a while (6 to 8 weeks). The only thing I am a little disappointed about is the smell. It does not smell bad (mostly odorless) but with a 'green tea and apple' label I was expecting a nice fresh fruity smell. I don't mind much though, results are more important. Hydrating and taming my hair is a real challenge. I have tried so many things to no avail. I will definitely stick to this product as long as it keeps working.

I honestly didn’t expect much from this product, despite the good reviews... but I was completely wrong! This is gold. I live in Chicago and have been battling hard water and dry winter seasons. With long hair, past my tailbone, straw hair is enough to chop and be done with it. After two uses, I saw such a huge difference; more shine and softness. Now, halfway through the container, my hair is silk and shines. Also, I love the scent. I know some reviews mention it being strong... it is strong while using but after rinsing and air drying, it softens to a light, lovely scent.

This stuff is... Just a life saver. I was having a really hard time with my hair being protein overloaded from quarantine hair experimenting and it had gone all bad. My hair is normally very curly but it was flattening out and had that horrible straw-line texture in the shower. I went everywhere looking for products but it wasn't until a Reddit user recommended this mask. Coupled with a good clarifying shampoo, this stuff is powerful! I would clarify and then use this mask and my hair has seen a big improvement finally. It's shiny again and my hair is bouncy! It's super think, protein free, and the smell is so nice. It's a mix of a fruity smell with the apple blossom floral scent. Highly recommend if you're in dire need of moisture like I was!
