For the first requirement: I put them up a month ago, and they're still sticking to the walls. I purchased the small strips: used 1 for 4"x6", 2 for a 7"x10", 4 for a 13"x17", 6 for a 17"x26". For the second requirement: I'll have to see when I move out, but from past experience with command strip adhesives, they usually are clean if pulled off correctly. And for the third requirement, I put scotch tape on the back of the posters as a precaution. The adhesives stick to the scotch tape, and it's on the back of the poster which you don't see.
