This product worked really well but it's starting to breakdown after 4+ years of being used on my chair at work. It seems to be collapsing in the middle so it does not take pressure off my tailbone. Would expect more for the price.

The product is of high quality, but didn't help ease my lower back pain. That is not the products fault, and I am sure that it could be helpful to other people.

I bought this cushion to get my husband to stop taking my smaller (blue) one. He plays classical guitar and would get a backache if he played for more than 20 minutes at a time. This cushion puts his body in the correct position so he can play longer. It is wider than the regular one, so it looks more like a cushion than a chair pad, or, worse yet, one of those round donut shaped pillows that look like a kid's potty training seat.We love the Tush Cush Seat Cushions because they are lightweight, firm without being hard, nice looking, and most importantly, let us sit in comfort without the pain of sciatica. The band across the opening (which goes towards the back) makes a nice handle as well as keeping the cushion from spreading out. The extra-large cushion is large enough to let a plus-sized person sit on it without feeling like they have to balance carefully, or worry about collapsing the pillow. If you suffer from lower back pain, this is the cushion to get.

This is not as high as I imagined it would be and even my small frame has enough weight to squash it! I like the width and the way it fits my chair but my ass hurts after sitting on it for a while! I was hoping for better.

I thought it would be thicker. It's maybe 3" thick. I have it on top of other two cushions and it's ok. I need the other cushions because I have a hard wood office chair.

I've had this for a few years now and do not notice any dilapidation. I have some kind of tailbone problem where I cannot sit for very long without my tail hurting, so I have to have a special cushion. I can sit on this all day and my tailbone does not hurt. I have tried other cushions, but this is the best one so far. I don't know about the reviews where they say it has flattened out. My question would be how much they weigh. I'm average weight for my size: 185lbs. I'll be ordering another if this one ever wears out.

I have arthritis in my coccyx and sacral section of my spine, so sitting for long periods, especially in a car can be quite painful. We were taking a long road trip, so I bought this cushion in the hopes it would at least decrease my discomfort. I was very surprised to find that I did not have any discomfort the entire trip over four days. However, as many people have stated in their reviews, I wish it was not wedge shaped, but rather the same thickness from front to back. I do think it is overpriced though at $44. I think it should be priced around $30. It seems to be well constructed and I like the built-in handle for carrying it around.
