They actually work not as good as prune juice, but effective.

Works well but start with a low dose
I’ve been using this occasionally and it definitely works. It helped relieve constipation without too much discomfort, but I would recommend starting with a lower dose to see how your body reacts. It usually works overnight for me, and I didn’t experience any major side effects, just mild cramping the first time. After that, it was fine. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do. Just make sure to use it as directed and stay hydrated.

Great produce for Stubborn Medically Induced Constipation
This product works fantastic on medically induced constipation. You may just want to use it every other night to start out, and see how your body reacts. They are very strong. I have been using Prunelax for years. Highly recommend.
