Came brand new, easy to set up with ring central. It works great and has extremely good call quality with tons of features, make sure you order the power adapter.

Pretty good price for VOIP phones for my business. They are easy to use as far as functionality. They are used non stop all day and have remained strong.

The product only worked 5 days before it stopped working. Not sure if this was a one off but not happen

Easy to install

We bought four Yealink T46U VOIP phones for our office. Our installation was delayed due to transition issues. When we tried to get up and running beyond Amazon’s return date, we found that one phone was not operating properly. I admit the time lag was our fault but this is going on three months that I’m trying to get help with this defective office phone! Just getting passed down the line from seller to another company not on the invoice and having no luck trying to connect with Yealink support. Glad the one work station’s phone is infrequently used. Frustrating situation!

I received a brand new phone, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to activate it on Dialpad service. So far no issues. I will update if there's any issue.
