My son is in a size 7 from Up and Up at target and a 4-5t. Will these help his leakage issues or are they too small?

These are what I use for my daughter and they help a lot. They 9" long and 3.5" wide. Pretty sizable and able to be positioned strategically with the adhesive strip holding in place.

Is there an option without the adhesive in this size?

Asking the manufacturer, Do the Sposie have gel beads in them?

I don’t see any gel beads. They are latex free and do help - our grandson was waking up in the morning all wet with the nighttime pull-ups. Now I add this pad to his night time pull-ups and no wet sheets!!
