My college daughter loves these. They are great vitamins with some sugar to make them taste good. haha She takes them every day and stays healthy, so I believe they are very effective! We have them on a subscription.

I am a 60 year adult. Maybe I need my youth back, or the memories. I will say I was not getting the vitamins I need. Since I started taking these, I feel markedly better. Is it the vitamins? I cannot be sure, but that is the truth. They are less taste than I remember. Probably the memory, not a change in processing. As easy to chew as I remember. My son does not like taking vitamins and we have tried multiple ones. We have tried sugared one and non sugared one and for some reason he finds something wrong with them. So we tried these flintstone ones and he said they taste really good. He did find them a bit hard to chew but they are a better taste then others. He said they were not as sour as sour patches but close. There is 180 count and I think kids are to take two a day.

Vitamins as expected and much easier to find here than any retail grocery store we have locally.

Like some of the other purchasers, the vitamins are not particularly sour. Just sour enough. ..But the love it just the same and take it every. Since it does the trick, I can't complain
