It's the perfect message for young adults! It was a gift and they are so excited to put it on the wall in the weight room. I'll try to remember to take a picture of the final application. I really liked this decal. It was a little bit smaller than I thought which is why I gave it 4 stars but it still looked good. Definitely watch the video provided to learn how to apply it the best way.
